Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the properties and for the supervision of assigned Property Management staff. This includes working in concert with Resident Services staff in developing a supportive environment for all residents within the properties. The Property Manager ensures the property is well-maintained within established operating and fiscal policies, as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and investors. This position comes with an on-site Manager unit; this is a rent-free apartment available to the selected Property Manager.

Location: This position will work at two SAHA properties located in Livermore and Pleasanton: Carmen Avenue Apartments and Sunflower Hill. This position will be required to work on site.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $28.85 – $33.65 hourly. Starting offers depend on experience, education, and relative comparisons to current staff.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience. Informal supervisory or leadership experience may count towards part of this required, depending on the relevance.
- Knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord & Tenant Laws is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of affordable housing funding and programs, such as HUD, TCAC, Section 8, etc is strongly preferred.
