Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager within the multifamily affordable housing industry to join our team

Job Duties Include:

Oversee accounting operations of HUD/LIHTC affordable housing communities

Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Analyze monthly cash and budget variances

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as determined by regulatory agencies, investors and owners

Prepare annual property budgets

Assist with annual financial audit process

Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and general office operations

Supervise accounting staff

Special projects as assigned
