Assistant Manager

Dominium is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Assistant Manager for our 191 unit apartment community in Columbia Heights, MN. This new development is currently under construction and will open early 2018.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day operations of the property
  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Build positive relationships within the community
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium

Qualifications: 

  • Previous property management experience preferred
  • Leasing or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends is a must
  • Tax Credit experience required
  • MS Office and Yardi Software experience preferred
