This position comes with free housing 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Vacant unit turnover process.
· Process Applications.
· Collect rent and control delinquency.
· Enforce house rules and company policies.
· Report to the property supervisor.
· Maintain property presentation and cleanliness.
· Resolve resident issues
· Prepare for property inspections and audits.
· Respond to after-hours emergencies.
Requirements:
· Senior Housing Experience Preferred
· Proficient with Word, Excel, and management software.
· Administrative and organizational skills.
· Verbal and written communication skills.
· The ability to multi-task.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Property management: 2 years (Preferred)
- LIHTC: 2 years (Required)
- Yardi: 2 years (Preferred)
