We are currently seeking a full-time Compliance Coordinator in the Twin Cities area in MN.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately administer and possess knowledge of Compliance and Dominium guidelines
  • Follow rules and regulations established by the IRS and the respective state agencies who have oversight responsibility
  • Complete tax credit applications with prospects
  • Process third party verifications
  • Calculate household incomes for new lease up properties
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a compliance role preferred
  • Must have knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC/Section 42), Section 8, Section 236, Home, Bond, Rural Development and/or Public Housing
  • 4 year degree preferred
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience required and Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Must be organized and able to work independently
  • Must be available for light travel (outside of MN)
