FPI Management is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience in a similar role, preferably within multifamily property management, hospitality, healthcare or retail. Is a highly organized and detail-oriented ‘can-do’ team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Is administratively strong and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps and property management software. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Is able to multitask while working with a diverse population, various personalities and conduct outreach in and around the entire property. Must have a passion for customer service!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration are: a High School diploma or equivalent, English language proficiency (read, speak and write), and the ability to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results).
