Salary Range 33: $8,111 – $9,859/month
The Facilities Supervisor oversees the full range of facilities maintenance duties required to ensure that Housing Authority infrastructure, systems, and facilities are maintained in a safe and effective working condition. This is an exempt position reporting to the Director of Property Operations or the Deputy Executive Director.
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, reviewing, and evaluating the work of facilities maintenance staff and contractors involved in the maintenance and repair of Housing Authority buildings and facilities. The Maintenance Supervisor manages the work order system and daily allocation of tasks for assigned maintenance staff in order, and provides regular reports on work output to management and the Board. This position also ensures and measures customer service and quality control.
