FPI Management is currently looking for a LIHTC/HUD Regional Portfolio Manager to join our AMAZING Affordable Communities team in Los Angeles County

The Portfolio Manager (PM) is directly responsible for managing a group of assigned assets and is accountable for all operations of the assets in their inventory, all on-site employees and enforcing all Company policies, procedures and internal operations, with the overall objective of meeting the expectations of each Client, based on the respective operating budget and management agreement.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multi-site Property Management role. Is a dynamic leader with a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience, possessing the ability to positively influence, mentor and lead a large dispersed team. Must have knowledge of various compliance regulations. Has competent financial and analytical skills, and excellent reporting ability. Is technologically savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and property management software (i.e.: Yardi). Has excellent people skills, is highly motivated and organized with a positive attitude and has a desire to provide quality customer service. Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to travel.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent, 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the field of property management. Tax Credit certification or designation from an accredited organization (C3P, CPO, FHC, HCCP, NAHP, NAHPe, NCCP, NCP, NCP-E, SCHM, TCS), preferred. Valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle (proof of insurance required). English language proficiency (read, speak and write). Ability to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results)
