Tech Study in Affordable Housing

365 Connect published a two year study showing that residents of affordable housing do indeed stay online when given the opportunity and utilize technology to interact with management.  The case study followed seven different apartment complexes totaling 1812 units in texas that were mandated to provide certain services under their affordable housing restrictions. Over a two year period 14,864 contacts between management and tenants were recorded.   You can see more details of the study here.
